I accidently deleted an email i need. I hit empty instead of open on the trash. And oops I deleted it.
Help that is important email.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news
However the email has been removed from the systems server and can not be tracked down or traced. This is why you are asked to be careful when using email software.
I advise that you email the company or source of the email and see if they retained the information. They may be able to send you a new copy of the email content.

If you are using Outlook or Outlook Express, you can use Recover My Email. It can recover emails you have deleted, even after the trash has been emptied, and will get the attachments too.

You cannot retrieve the email once the trash is emptied unless you use a commercial file retriever program.. I can't remember the name but i am sure there is one out there that could get it back..

check your bulk mail, where it stores your deleted email.
