Check and see if your CPU fan is working properly.
Check and see if the heat sink is placed properly.
After all this try and add a THERMAL PASTE (this is a paste used to absorb heat and reduce CPU overheating .The past can be applied between the CPU and the Heat Sink(silver metal box like thing over the CPU.)
If you have an Intel based motherboard then use the original Thermal Paste .

Well if your CPU is not already fried your heatsinks on your cooling fans are likely full of gunk or have stopped altogether. Clean or replace the fans. If this is an older computer you might think about replacing the motherboard and cpu as once a cpu has overheated in many cases it is damaged and will cause random restarts and blue screens. New fans can be found here:

If you are just looking for a home or office pc you could replace the motherboard cpu with a combo like this:

There are vary few ways to do this one being. You can try to have a fan of any type close to that labtop to keep it cool but wont last for to long. 2ed you can buy a new fan for the labtop shouldnt be too costly.

or it could be over heating just cuz dust bunnys I have had that problem on one of my labtops just got some compressed air and cleaned it out.

examine no remember in the adventure that your cpu fan is working right or no longer, if no longer seek for suggestion from any technician and replace that. If fan is working properly then examine no remember if too plenty airborne dirt and dust is amassed over warmth sink, clean that heavily. sturdy success

go to bios(press f2) then if i am right, then in your bios there will be different tabs on the top. go to advanced tab and select the cpu warnings. then switch off the overheat warning.
in every system this problem happens daily. its of no concern, but you should not use ur pc a lot as it can get burned off. if ur using windows, then go to www.asus.com and download asus probe to take care of this problem permanently.
