Am working on a project that requires glueing 2 playing cards together. Most glues won't stick to the plastic finish on playing cards.

I would use very little, regular , white school glue { Elmers or any brand ya want } put it on with a tiny paint brush so it doesn't leave bumps or lines then sandwich the cards between pages in a phone book or some other heavy book. You could also put a piece of waxed paperon both sides of card first in case the glue squishes out , then it won't be stuck to the book ! But that's why you use a tiny paint brush , cause you don't want it "squishy " anyway ! Good luck !!!!

Try a spray adhesive from an art supply or crafts store.
