Would ppl or u, think/get the "wrong" idea when a assistant out station for business trip with her superior/manager? Whats on ur mind?

What does "out station for business trip" mean? Are you asking if 2 people of the opposite sex should go out of town together? Or 2 people of the same sex?
The only thing that makes me think you're talking about travelling is the word "trip".
If a boss and assistant go out of town together for business, they should have separate rooms.
