My PC doesn't read my usb flash memory?

Hi all
After everything was going well. Now my pc doesn't read my Usb flash nor any usb peripherals.
I have checked the usb controllers in the device manager and they were working properlly.
What can i do ??

I have tried all usb ports

I have deleted and re-installed the usb driver ( from the device manager ).
I have disabled and enabled the usb port from the bios.
I have restored my system.

did you try your other usb ports

Check and see if the USB ports are not disabled in the BIOS.
Reinstall the drivers (the chipset utility drivers)
