Are you Disruptive at work?

and since when is "disruptive" the new buzz word?

If Disruptive means being loud and obnoxious and not letting others get their work done and disturbing the work flow, No.

If Disruptive means not kowtowing to the corporate agenda of lowering wages, making you re-apply every year for the position you already have at lower pay scales, reducing benefits, engaging in constructive termination, then the answer is yes (smiling).

It is my feeling "disruptive" is the new buzz word used to remove those employees from the work force that irritate the "heck" out of management. Employers want submissive workers.

I am subversive in my disruption,lol, as no one ever suspects the "quiet one".
No idea why it may be the new buzz word but wait for next week and there'll be a new one flying around.

I am disruptive when my boss and her side kick (aka Mz Butt Kizzer) leaves.

Me and the rest of my co-workers turn up the radio, get on the Internet, make personal phone calls and just run the place amok!!

But we are quiet as mice when my boss is there.

i make myself known, i'm loud & obnoxious (when in the right mood). but as for "distruptive" being the new "buzz word". i think it comes from people who like to use "big words" (& some times "quotation marks" too) to seem like a "sophesticated individual".

No .. outside work I am a wild child and at work no one even has a clue.. I love it that way.. I just sit do my work, throw a couple of friendly smileS .. and at 6:00 Im outta there...THAT IS REALLY THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
