Is it really possible to earn a living from home using your computer?

I've seen bogus marketing purporting earning strong income from hom using the computer. Any REAL opportunities out there. Any legitimate businesses hiring people to work from home?

There are legitimate offerings..but they are very rare. Most people end up spending more time than it is worth..and even then have difficulty getting paid by these so-called work at home companies.

Rule 1:
Never pay for a job

It's not a real job if you have to pay for it..it is a scam.

Rule 2:
If it seems too good to be true..it is.

No explaination needed: Simple. No one is going to guarantee you a income online..no one. If they do..it is a scam.

I stopped doing one of the only legit survey companies..simply because it was not worth my time.
This company is called Pineconeresearch and you don't just go to the site to regsiter..you have to find an ad.

Some popular scams:

medical transcription
secret shoppers
stuff envelopes
home assembly
MLM ponzi-like schemes
selling/trading "notes"
real estate buying (no money down..that kind of garbage)

and many more.

I think for every legit one..there are forty out there that are not.

Be careful. Don't be scammed.

In my experience there a a lot of ways to make money on the internet. There are not many legitimate places to do it however so you have to be careful. Paid surveys are a god way to make some extra money. This site has a free report on that subject. Good Luck.

Unless you are ALREADY employed by a legit and established employer AND the work you do is to the benefit of the employer for you to work at home.....those opportunities are VERY few and far in between. If these opportunities were open to 99.9999% of the population.....who would commute to work everyday?
