5 innings. (Though that doesn't apply in Spring Training games, if you're looking at the box scores from those.)

At least 5 full innings and he must be the pitcher of record when his team takes the lead, for games of 6 innings or more. For a game that goes only 5 innings if the starter pitches 4 full innings he'll be credited with the win. Anything shorter than 5 innings is not an official game.

you have to pitch more 5 inninings because if your team is winning 10 to 3 in the 5 inning and it gets rained out the game never counted you have to play it aging so if u pitch 6 innings and it gets rained out the gane couted than u can take the pitcher out and if u still win he gets the win

The starting pitcher has to finish their 5th inning of work to get credited for the win, but their team must be winning at the same time for that to occur.

Doesn't matter
Even if he pitches 1 inning
If when he leaves the team is winning and they end up winning the starter gets the win.
