The highrise that I live in, in Chicago doesnt offer dishwashers so I have to hand wash my dishes. Ive found that its easiest to do them right away as this doesnt give the food time to really stick to the plates...The next apartment I get will def have a dishwasher, as I appreciate them a lot more now.

Put on the rubber gloves so I can use the really hot water, wet the sponge, put some soap on the sponge and run it under some more water to make a nice foam. Wash them in a counterclockwise direction, rinse, put in dish strainer and repeat.

I wash my dishes my wetting the plate first then put soap on the plate then i get the sponge and rub the sponge all over the plate then i wash off the soap last i dry the plate with the towel and put the plate away.

some in the dishwasher and the rest i have to hand wash with a sponge, dish soap, water, and lots of scrubbing

I unfortunately don't have a dishwasher
So I put the soap into the sponge and squish it around a little and add a little water and then scrub the dishes and rinse

I wash them first, getting everything off, basically cleaning them entirely. Then i put them in the dishwasher to finish sanitizing them. When I put them away I visually inspect each glass.

I get a soapy sponge, wash them, then rinse them or I will just rinse them and put them in the dishwasher.
