I have heard that if you soak an old rag or crumpled up news paper with olive oil and stuff it in all of the holes you can find should help, moles do not like olive oil. Give it a try.

Or you can plant a plant called "skunk lilies" in your yard. I believe there is another name, a proper one, but I don't know what it is right now. My mom planted them in the four corners of her yard and has never had a problem with moles and any other burrowing animal since. The one easily noticeable factor of these lilies is that the bulb smells just like a skunk. The flowers on the ones we have are orange and do resemble lilies, just not the prettiest of them

the cheapest and easiest way to get rid of moles is to buy lawn spinners. place the in your yard where you have seen signs of mole activity. when placed in the yard, make sure that they are at least 2 inches into the ground. the vibrations from the lawn spinners makes moles very nervous and you will notice that they will go away. pray for you neighbors, they will get them next.

I used to have two cats who got rid of the entire mole population in the neighborhood. Put doggie up let kitty's go to work!

I have heard ... that putting mothballs in the holes drives them away ........

But, one source said ..... try to live with the moles. The moles will clear your yard of damaging grubs and other pests . ANd after they've cleared your yard ... they will move on.
