your turn signal switch is stuck.try using the right signal and then the left and see if it goes out then.you probably have to have a new switch put in the steering wheel,or just turn it off with your hand,if it doesnt go off by itself.

if the blinkers don't blink , it's the bulbs, check them. if the blinkers work but the stem doesn't return that's another problem, that's the whole blinker, bright lights, washer control and other options for your model, this mechenision is a very complex functioning switch that is broken down inside your steering collulem, buy a new sw. at auto zone, and get a wheel puller, get to the sw. use the old wire harness to pull the new one in, the old sw. can't be repaired, i did this one afternoon in my drive way , with help , this is a fairly complex job, get it fixed , the brake light circuit was involved in my application maybe your too , if you take it to a shop, it's going to cost afew hundred , if you have tools and are handy you can do this , have a good light and keep track of the parts and screws, good luck, and save money , be safe.

make sure the bulb are not burnt out. unless you talking about them shutting off automatically when you turn a corner the switch in the steering column is probably worn out
