Gotta love it. I thought RJ was going to have a heart attack in the booth.

I'm still not sold on Miller; he's very good, but not great. I remember the last Sabres team to make it to the Finals. They had Hasek; Hasek is great. Miller made plenty of great saves in the first two periods, but if the Sabres hadn't suddenly realized that Lindy Ruff was going to hang them up by their thumbs in the dressing room if they lost, all his efforts would have been for nothing because he was really losing his composure in the 3rd. The Leafs aren't such a good team; Sabres-Leafs games are fun, but let's be honest with ourselves here. I am far more interested in how the Sabres play against New Jersey next week, although watching Toronto's hopes and dreams get crushed after all those fans drove all the way to Buffalo and thought they were going to win for 3/4 of the game was extremely amusing.

5 Cent: "This is the leafs we're talking about, a non-playoff team. The playoffs will be a different story. I don't see them getting past the second round. "
Are you serious? Toronto is a team fighting for a playoff spot. If any team were to have to play at the top of their game last night, it was Toronto. Buffalo, on the other hand, is already in (which is f***king amazing and i love it). they are now just playing for the president trophy. Toronto just doesn't have what it take to beat a good team, and I'm hoping Buffalo plays them first round, will be an easy 4 game sweep for them. And buffalo will make it past the second round, they will make all the way to the cup. Anyone who lives in buffalo: start planning the parade now, cause it's gonna be like nothing this city has ever seen!!!!!!

I watched it, but let's be honest here. If the Sabres didn't play like garbage for the first five minutes of the third period, they wouldn't have needed to do what they did. Truthfully, Buffalo was outplayed for 45 minutes and then turned it on for the last 15. Great teams can do that, but take it for what it is.

Woah don't be call the Maple Leafs a non-playoff team. If they do miss the playoffs it's likely to be by about 2 or 3 points. The 8 seed in the playoffs will probably be no better than the Leafs.

I could watch that game 100 times, that was amazing how Buffalo made them look like a Pee-wee hockey team in the third period!!! Leafs dont deserve a playoff berth after that game!

I watched the whole game. The Maple Leafs deserved to win, they played their hearts out. But Buffalo still managed to come up with the win!
