How Can I prevent chipmonks from burrowing under my deck?

The is a device that sends an ultrasonic --super high pitched sound that humans cannot hear. You plug it into an outlet and no more rodents/chipmunks...poor neighbors...lol

Bring in a couple of rabbits -- that'l get rid of those pesky chipmunks
