I guess that answer can vary.
It really depends on the guy. Some guys are marriage material guys. Others are happiest being single.
If a guy ever plans on having fun sex, marriage gets stale after a while. (It's like eating your favorite food. You will only get to eat that meal every night for the rest of your life. Choose wisely.)
If a guy doesn't care about his sex life, then marriage will be ok.
Marriage is good if the partners are compatible. If not, it can suck for either man or woman.
I'd do some reading and homework about marriage, if I were you.
Take a trip to your local library and ask a librarian about marriage. (If she's hot and single, you might end up marrying her. LOL. You never know. :)
Good luck.

If people are careful about who they marry, then marriage is better for both women and men. If they aren't careful, then it's worse for both.
For a man, if he's careful about who he marries, he gets someone he can go to for sex that has a hard time saying no, and is going to be faithful and loyal. This is a huge deal. But if he manages to get stuck with a girl that refuses on a regular basis, then it can cause his blood pressure to go up, and his stress level to go up, and just in general bad health problems.
For a woman, if she is careful about who she marries, she gets someone who is going to take care of her, treat her with respect, help her to live out her dreams, etc. For my wife, not having to work outside the home was great for her blood pressure. Having a chance to start her own home based business without having to worry about the fact that it has cost much more money than it's made has been good for her since we've had our son. But if she finds a guy who isn't supportive, then it's bad for her in more ways than she can count.

The ideal man will love his wife with all his heart, soul, mind and strength! He will put her desires and needs before he considers his own. He will gladly do what it takes to please her, because he loves her so much! He doesn't want to be with anyone else ever, because she has stolen his heart! If such a man is so inclined, and if he finds the love of his life, then he should beg her to marry him! If he wins her heart, then all will be good for him! But if he is selfish, and does not respect her, and takes advantage of her love, and does not appreciate the gift of her love, and he does not adore her with his whole heart, then he should not marry her, because he would be an unworthy husband.

Apparently 'Getting the milk for free' is...stupid people! Studies have suggested that married men are healthier and happier than unmarried men, but there could be plenty of factors that add to this besides just marriage. In fact, these men couldbe happier and healtheir prior to marriage and therefore more attractive to the opposite sex. chicke nand egg!

I have to agree with the first answer. Why wouldn't he be happy and healthy while married? Most men now have someone to cook, clean and basically take care of them they way their mommies used to, when they get married. Women on the other hand are driven to an early grave. Worked to death!

I went to the doctor and had my blood pressure checked. He said it was below normal. I asked if that was good. he said I should get on my knees and thank God. I asked him, what if it got to low. He said, well then I could talk to him in person.

I think if you are content and happy, you will be healthier. So those with good marriages may live longer.
