I seriously doubt the existence of this weapon. Modern US weapons are being designed to be
A: infantry mounted for streetfighting (tanks often get trapped in the narrow urban lanes)
B: carefully targeted, to avoid frightening and gory images getting back to the States of murdered civilians, and
C: highly watched and publicized. I doubt that 600 civilians would die and be completely off the radar of the media.
Also, the author of that page does not capitalize the word English. I don't know why, but that just killed his credibility for me. If he read it through once before publishing, then he would've caught that mistake; if he typed it first in Microsoft Word, then that mistake would've been highlighted automatically. I doubt that someone would've failed to do either of these things when reporting of something of this gravity. Finally, there is no Baghdad Symphony: It is called the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra. Google is often the best weapon against rumors.

There was no new weapon or even procedures used in the attack of 9/11. Using planes full of petro to hit objects had been around since WWII when the Japanese use their suicide pilots to strike American warships and even some buildings too. Deliberately, crashing a plane or blowing up a plane with passengers aboard had been around for years--remember Lockerbee.

The thing the Muslims did was bring multiple crashes together at the same time and maximizing the effects of their actions by using extremely good planning.
