According to most science, the Sun has been around for 4 billion years and has about 4 billion years of fuel left get or take a day or two. The Earth is 2.5 billion years old. The moon will leave our orbit in about 500 million years and a giant asteroid will hit us because the moon isn't there to protect us. So to answer your question "YES" the Earth will be around for a long time.
