How many songs ( and or minutes ) can I put on a new ipod nano 2 gb. How about a 4 gb.

The 2GB ipod can hold 500 songs based on 4 minutes per song and that the music is in AAC format. The 4GB can hold 1,000 songs based on 4 minutes per song and that the music is of AAC format.

u can put 500 songs on a 2GB, 1000 on a 4GB.
