I have EXTREMELY bad periods. They're heavy, painful and last quite a long time. I'm 15, i've never had sex before. I really want to use the pill to help my periods but my mum wont let me. Is there a natual way to help them? Or something i can do at home?

Maybe if you talk to your mom and tell her that the only reason why you want to be on the pill is to regulate your period. and tell her its not for sex purposes. I know exactly how you feel mine are so bad that I can't walk, I usually get a heating pad and lay it across my stomach, but you have to be careful not to burn yourself on it. or take a long hot bath, warm water helps to. and take some motrin for the pain. good luck.

well dont drink coke or coffee or sweets or any caffeine a few days before and during your period.

instead have lots of fish and eggs and other Omega3 products.

also have meat like kebab style. which is just meat and some spices etc and not mixed with a heap of other things.

and if your havng muscle cramps and things, stick a hot water bottle on your belly :)
