I feel paranoid sometimes too... It all depends upon what you have going on in your life. Their could be outside factors that make you have these feelings, as well as some internal issues also. Paranoia can be sparked by substance abuse. Paranoia type symptoms can also be sparked due to feelings of insecurity... it all just depends upon your situation. There are days when I feel like I look like crap and I literally refuse to leave my house or even answer the door for days before I resurface. When I really get bad - I just lay around the house depressed for about a week before I can even come to dealing with reality. But those are feelings more that stem from depression rather than just paranoia on its own...

Some people are just paranoid, that's all. But I think there is a thing called Paranoia or something probably not called that but you could have it. You know like depression? Except you are extremely paranoid. If you are worried about it see a doctor or a psychologist.

Are you comin' down off of soda's or drugs? I dont allow my kids to drink soda's because I feel they are a drug!! My oldest son used to get so emotional the next day after drinking soda's, my middle guy would get "mean", and my youngest would have nightmares from them, and insist on sleeping with me, because of drinking them at families houses, or a friends......It used to bother me, so bad, seeing them that way, that I just got to where I would tell family "No Thanx" when they'd offer them to my kids, I'd ask if they had some "Juice" instead or anything but soda's!! If it's something else that could be wrong with you, just "Man-up" and get alone, and drink lots of water, and rest as much as possible, and if it still doesn't go away, than if your of age, go and get some really good whiskey, and have a couple shots!! And then go lay down, and get some rest......Lots of things can cause "Paranoia" lack of sleep, too much stress in one's life, too many soda's than none, doing drug's than not, doing them, (So I've seen my friends get like that when they weren't doing them) there's a number of things that can cause this, even a "Chemical imbalance" can cause paranoia.....Just go easy on yourself, and dont beat yourself up, and chill from any of the above, completely and you'll be back to normal before you know it, hun!! Smile!!! You'll be okay, you'll see!

what are you paranoid about? If you mean in general or you may have some sort of anxiety. I would talk to a Dr or look into other treatments.
good luck

why do you feel paranoid?, could be if your are using drugs, even if not recently, sometimes even weaker drugs have weird side effects, or it could be a mental issue that is not drug related, such as anxiety, depression, stress, good luck, and no Im not out to get you.

well...the average American is viewed by no fewer than 624 cameras each day (Scientific American, May 2004) and his/her facial patterns are digitized and compiled hourly, since November 2006.

If this isn't a cause for being a little afraid, none exists.

If you google "gait recognition" or learn the current capabilities of embedded hidden microphones, now being installed in businesses, schools and public facilities, you will speak softly and infrequently.

Two-way mirrors are being shipped from 7 Mexican glass facilities now, in 53 foot semi trailers, for use in Universities, Court and other governmental projects, mainly.

I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, paranoia is appropriate, today.

Fortunately, the human capacity to adjust to any circumstance, over time, will ensure a level of comfort, regardless of any mandated strictures and intrusions we'll have in the future.

This isn't gonna be your grandpa's Police State.

I know how you feel, its bcoz you are under too much stress, try doing something to distract your attention, taking some hot drink improves my condition, maybe you want to find your comfort food. Or try do do something to make yourself more comfortable, just breathe deeply, don't worry, everything is going to turn out well.

Perhaps you shouldn't be hitting that blunt this early in the morning and mom and dad are right out your bedroom door and sister is a blabber mouth.
