The key point is that you are scared. That in itself is enough for me to suggest you make that trip back to the hospital anyway. Your body has ways of telling you that something is wrong and you should listen.

More than likely it is just morning sickness. The first few weeks of pregnancy I felt dizzy, the only thing I could do for it is lay down. If you are on prenantal vitamins this could be causing you to be sick. When I was pregnant with my twins I had no problem taking them, but when I was pregnant with my youngest son they made me very sick. If you are not able to take the prenantal vitamins try the children's vitamins that are high in iron. My DR put me on the children's flinstone vitamins. Limit fluid intake with meals. Instead, drink between meals - and try other tummy-soothing beverages such as peppermint iced tea or chamomile hot tea. The only thing that made me feel better when pregnant is milk. I usually do not drink alot of milk, but while pregnant that is all my stomach could stand. Have breakfast in bed. If you've heard that dry crackers is a treatment for morning sickness, you heard right, but the trick is to eat them in bed, 20 to 30 minutes before rising - and don't drink any liquids, especially water, while munchin'. If headaches are a problem message or have your spouse message your preasure points. I found this helped the pain alot. There was nothing I loved more when pregnant than getting my head rubbed. Next time you go to the DR let him or her know your symptoms. They can give you something dor the morning sickness.

Have you had your blood sugar checked??? Not eating, or eating the wrong things could make the insulin balance in your body become unbalanced. Sleep is also a big issue. Even though you went home and went to bed, your body's sleep wake cycle could be off set and not in balance as well.

You might just need nourishment. It's common to get dizzy or sick if you skip meals, especially if you're active.Hope you feel better soon.
