Yes, I have punched someone with 6 pack abs, in the abs, after asking permission, or giving in to their insistence that I punch them in the abs. It was flexed. It felt great. Solid, strong and ... well, just solid and strong.

some1 once punched me, he was my friend tho, just mucking around. i didnt think i had any decent abs at all, but as i saw the punch coming i tensed up and he was like "wow look at u with the six pack" and admitted afterwards that it actually hurt his hand.
