Assuming she did not take the country to fascism or communism right away, probably pretty quick.
I believe she would immediately begin to erode the remaining pieces of the constitution, take control of business and in essence form a government of fascist corporatism. And in doing so the socialist liberals would love her, and the destruction of our country and capitalism.

With the great Economy Bill gave to America, I would say never. Most of America really believes that Hillary was Bills backbone the whole time.

It would depend, if she was doing the job as bad as George Bush then it would very quick, but if she was doing the job as good as Bill did it would be never.
