I have to have a plate of hot food, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Give me a sandwich or a salad and I literrally become upset! I think since I am hyperactive, heavy hot foods kind of keep me grounded!

I prefer my soup and coffee hot, my porridge, tea and eggs warm, my water, sushi and my salad cool, my ice cream and beer cold

for the most part warm but I can equally live out of the can like cold spaghetti or ravioli and even green beans cold.
