Yes there is an episode where Neji really smiles. The first is in the flashback he had during his fight with Naruto, when he first meet Hinata. Then after the fight when Hiashi finishies telling him what really happened to his dad. When he looks out the window at the birds, that's a real smile on his face.

Yes when he defeats the sipder guy of the sound 4 (so far is in japenese/with english sub)
I think when naruto beats him, either in the flashbacks or someplace in that group of episodes he smiles

Hm, well, since i'm not a major neji fan, i wouldn't know. but i do have a screenshot i took of him smiling... well, at least i think that's a smile...
