Maybe they are viewed as dangerous to the public? I certainly see them that way. They will do anything to promote their agenda and that probably includes creating a problem on an airline.

As a frequent flier I do not want people like that on a plane with me or my family.

For what? Exercising their right of free speech?

Since your only reason for such an attitude can only be that you disagree with their views, how abotut a little turnabout: there are a lot more liberals than right-wing conservatives--and since you advocate unconstitutional restrictions on peoples freedom, why don't we add YOU to theno-fly list?

they may be guilty of providing aid and comfort to enemies. check the real profiles of some those protestors on the list and there is your answer.

cons put this stuff into place so that they could put liberals onto the list and have no interest in terrorists in the first place.

that would actually explain a lot.

like why we're wasting lives, time and resources in iraq when everyone knows that they had nothing to do with 9/11.

Because someone is abusing the system. Merely opposing the governments position on an issue like Iraq is not sufficient reason to add them to the list.
