I've been trying to eat healthy, so when it's a special occasion and there's no holds barred, it makes chowing down all the better.

It depends on how hungry I am,if i'm starving I can chow down if i'm just hungry then i'll graze,but most of the time it ends up being chow down cause i'm a mother of a 2 yr. old and a 3 mon. old it's gotta be fast cause there's always something that needs to be done.

I'm usually a grazer, I would rather pick at something all day, then eat a full blown meal. But occasionally I chow down.

I cook for a living, if I was to chow down I be as big as a house being around all that food all the time, so I just graze keep me from being an oink oink..

I know this is bad, bad, bad for your overall metabolism but I only eat at lunchtime and I CHOW DOWN. Then I'm not hungry til the next day at lunch.It messes up your poop cycles and your metabolism but ain't it so hard to eat when you aren't hungry?? Huh?? Ain't it???
