i have to do a report on my heritage but here are the rules has to be 5 min. long and i am from 7 differnnt conturys

Figure out which one you are "mostly" from.
For example, you have 4 grandparents so you could be 1/4th of 4 different countries, you also have 8 great-grandparents so you could be 1/8th of 8 different countries.
You said 7 countries - so you have 2 great grandparents from the same country. Do that one. Your teacher just wants to see that you can do the research and make a presentation.

Be more specific, please. What exactly is the report supposed to cover? A general overview of your background? What seven countries do your ancestors come from? If you know these, try looking them up on Wikipedia for basic information. Do you have parents/grandparents available? If so, they usually can tell you a few stories about your ancestors.

Concentrate on the features of the people from each country, their types of food they eat, what crops each country grows, and the weather year around (general climate and temperatures in each place all four seasons).

Be funny and say that you are like a vegetable soup, and name each of the vegies that are typically grown in each of your country of background.
