First of all, do you have a disability?

If so, what are you unable to do (i.e. able to do the job you held at the time of the accident, retrained into another profession that you are able to do and make a living at), will you have long term medical bills and/or require extensive medical treatment in the future?

What disability has your doctor given you?

What disability rating if any did the other side (defendant) doctor give you?

Did you hire a Social Security Attorney?

Are you even asking about Social Security disability?

Have you been disabled since the accident?

Are you doing unauthorized activities that a private investigator has taken pictures of and use against you in court?

You provided us with very little information thus we are unable to answer your question to the best of our abilities.

GOOD LUCK!

First, what kind of jobs do you usually hold? Office or physical? Do you have really good documentation? Good luck. If you try, normally you are turned down the first time, try again, then they approve it (if you have a just case). What happened in the car accident? Where you able to get compensation for that?
