I no ur probly tired of hearing this, but just keep at it. u will get it! but when u learn it make sure u dont lear bad habbits with it! Also, keep ur arms as tight and strong as possable, and your legs stright. DO NOT HESSITATE! if u r about 2 go 4 it do not stop in the middle, i almost brokemy wrist doing that!

it depends on wether u take gymnastics or not. if u do, ask ur coach for help. it will come when ur ready. it takes a while to learn for some people. it took me a year and a half but it took my friend 3 weeks. just keep trying.

i am a cheerleader, but my tumbling roots came from gymnastics. just take a tumble class to focus on just ur round-off form and get ur backhandspring. keep going to that class and work hard. some people are just natural tumblers, and u may be one. just remember to stay positive, cuz it may be hard and frustrating at sumtimes. well good luck! hope u get it!!

you problaby heard this a million of times but all that there is to it is jump high+ back. hands together.feet togethere,and push out of your shoulderse once your hands hit the ground
