Not calling or writing as often or when he says he will; not wanting you to visit, or to visit you (usually with the excuse "I'm just so busy at work...") an unknown woman answering his phone...

First sign: that you suspect at all.
And why are you not living with your husband? Is he in the military? If he is and he's in a combat zone....well it may be hard to tell. Usually a guy that's cheating on you will be distant or cold all of a sudden or really, really affectionate (above and beyond his usual self). But a guy in a combat zone could be distant or unusually loving as well.
If you really want to know, then ask. Not in a confrontational way...just let him know how you've been feeling and ask if he's seeing someone else. Be calm and adult. If he says no of course he could be lying but he could also be telling the truth. But it could be almost impossible to tell while you guys are apart!

Calling less, sounding different during conversations, not wanting to discuss what they are doing in their spare time, being vague about new friends....long distance relationships are hard. Is he often not home when you call, but then doesn't say where he's been?

there are so many signs of a cheating husband these are some of it.he is always busy at work that he can not get time for your urgent call.he changes his password to everything you know,he aways tell his caller when he is at home that he is busy and would get back to them later.he comes home late,always pick a quarrel with you.he hardly eat at home.he suddenly finds no interest in your lov life...love making,kissing etc.he hardly talks to you or plays with the kids.watch but do not rush he is yours.

Mmmmmmmmmmm. Tricky. Depends what u call a long distance relationship. Hope its Millitary. If not, he is cheating.
If he is a travelling salesman, definetely cheating.
Anyway, you need too be honest with yourself and him, ask him point black. If he fumbles, you know he is cheating.
If you were both in love and inseparable, you would be communicating daily.

he may be acting different like not telling the truth or not calling as much or not talking to u the same way. i would just ask him and see what he says u have the right to know.
