I eat about 5x's a day. I"m not fat or anything, but it's also better for u. i have breakfast, a small snack, lunch, another small snack, and then dinner. all my meals are small and i've lost about 3lbs. and also is u can't fit snack, than you can make the meal portions the size of ur fist. (normally it would be a little smaller with me)

Two- lunch and supper. I usually have 2 snacks also, some kind of fruit and then 4 Twizzlers while I'm reading. Once in a while I eat breakfast, but not very often.

Your suppose to eat at least 6 times a day to keep yourself from overeating. Not eating will make your body go into starvation mode so small meals every 3 hours, like piece of fruit, a small salad, including 6 glasses of water a day will help you lose weight and keep your energy level at optimum.

I eat a snack in the morning like Yogurt with almond cereal on top.
Then about 3 or 4 I eat...a good meal....then late at night...I eat another yogurt or Almond Joy..or Mounds..dark chocolate.

Usually I only twice day, which is the lunch and dinner meals. Other days I only eat lunch because I don't have an appetite.
