UC Santa Cruz is supposed to have one of the most beautiful campuses in the US. From the photographs I've seen, I'd be inclined to agree. They're ranked tenth nationally by The Princeton Review for "most beautiful campus."

Depends on what you like. I like Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, and San Diego about equally.
Irvine is half nice, but there are too many weird/ugly buildings mixed in with the nice one. UCLA is just "ok".
Still, I hope how pretty the campus looks doesn't play into your decision on which school to go to at all. That'd be as dumb as deciding which school to go to based on which one has the most crickets on campus. If you do consider looks, it should matter very little overall.
