Do not. I repeat do not do that. It really damages your eyes. I always put it underneath my lashes :] Its really easy.

well i wear liquid eyeliner in the inner rim and i have for about 3 yrs... what i do is put a thin line closest to the eyelashes and hold your eyelid open until it dries it only takes about a min. and then do the other eye. I love it it lasts all day and it looks soo nice

My best advice to you is to not do it! Try liquid pens, or just a pencil one instead. But if you are set on wanting to try it, make sure you dont put it too close to your eye. Pull your lower lid down slightly and apply the eyeliner as close to your lash line as you can get. A tip though, if it does go into your eye (which it did the first time I tried it!), have an ear bud close by to try and get rid of it! Good luck.

You should NEVER apply it in the lower rim. It will bleed into your eye an your eye will be black! I would go for an eyeliner pencil. My personal faveourite is GOSH. It goes on easily and lasts for ages

i definately dont recommend applying it so your inner lower rim. I tried it, it really hurts. an eye pencil is definately more effective for the lower rim.

pencil..very very carefully..always be careful working near your eyes!!
pull your lower lid down gently..very carefully pencil just the inside rim.
follow up with pencil on the underneath of your lower lashes...smudge well then add mascara.
please know that the minute you blink your eyes..the pencil will be transferred to the top inner rim...
it's probably better to just ourline your eyes on the outside and follow up with mascara.

why not use a kohl eyeliner pencil? this not only is easier to apply in that area but also gives a nice smouldering look around the eye if you smudge a bit or a sharp line if you ensure the pencil is sharp a good tip for this is to put it in the freezer for 20 mins before sharpening it...

Get the one with a really thin tip. And put the eyeliner between your lashes, (you'll have to wiggle the tip between the individual lashes), and you can never get the line, more like a bunch of dots. And when i do it, i don;t try to get it all perfect, just put it on and then correct with a q-tip. And BE CAREFUL not to poke your eye out :). Good luck!

Wow , Liquid, hoh? You'll probably have to hold your eye lid down until it dries, hun......We used to use the "Maybelline eye pencil, and sharpen it, then take and burn it , and when it cooled down just a tad, than draw it in , on our inner eye lid.. And it would stay longer, and it looked "Great!!" Especially on my Latina friend, she had this wild crazy black curly hair, and when we'd get dressed-up to go out, she'd put on her make-up and her eye's were just "Beautiful!!" And she always had the "Greatest dresses!" Homemade from a "Dress designer friend of her families, in Los Angeles!!" Just "Gorgeous, Girl, and her Husband was Lucky to get her, because to me, he was nothing to look at, but she was just Gorgeous!!HaHa Anyway, just hold down your eye-lid, hun and try your best not to blink, and just draw it in, with your liquid liner!! Good luck to you!! smile!! I think this look is so attractive on women, dont you agree?!! Have Fun, hun!!!

don't. its really hard to do and if it gets in your eye it will hurt. try a liquid eyeliner pen right underneath your lower eyelashes.
