A group of young people kept traveling to the same place a small American town but in different realities. Or parallel universes it was made in America in the 80s or early 90s any ideas ?

I think everyone is right it was called Sliders, good programme but they weren't all young.

It's called "Sliders" and was shown on BBC2 in the UK.
