Scary Kids Scaring Kids and Chiodos are my personal favorites. =) Best songs from them if you want a preview are The Only Medicine (SKSK) and There's No Penguins in Alaska (Chiodos).

To be honest with you (no joke), screamo is a dying genre. There is no originality in it anymore. Indie is truly where it is at. But if you want to listen to screamo, I can suggest a few that are attempting to break new ground.
