I have created a new restore point on my PC but I lost old ones.How can I put all back?

The amount of Restore points possible is an adjustable limit. If restore points or restore space is full then older points will get deleted as new points are added.
Rightclick My Computer > System Restore tab
Click Settings. You can make adjustments here to the amount of space available for restore points. You cannot retrieve deleted restore points.

Assuming your using WinXP SP2.

Click Start
Select All Programs
Select Accessories
Select System Tools
Click System Restore.
and then follow the link below
