i am 38 years old and with living life still find that i have time to maintain a personal diary. for the most part i even take the time to write in general.

writing helps me see things in perspective and to get it outside of my thinking and head and be able to see it more clearly.

some people don't some people do. alot say that when your in your teens that what you do but let me as you this. if you are a professional writer and you tend to write down your thoughts as they come wouldn't that be like a diary of journal? open minded people don't look at everything as being juvenile!
