Yes, apart from these places I found one place where you can find decorations for Xmas, New Year, Valentine, St. Patrick's, Birthday, Halloween, and Easer & helium quality balloons also!
All in wholesale price!

Given the religious background of the country, I wouldn't know how likely your chances are for locating things for Easter.
Karama Market is listed as having 'general' items, and you might find what you need there. If you can't find anything specifically related to the holiday, you could buy:
paster paper streamers in assorted colors
White Balloons
Multicolored permanent (Sharpie type) markers
Take the balloons and inflate them lightly to the size of a lemon or orange.
Using the markers, decorate each balloon like an Easter egg. You can get crazy, let friends join in and you can all have fun (age doesn't matter!) You can even draw a few bunnies or "HOPPY (or HAPPY) EASTER" on some of the balloons.
Once decorated, you can fully inflate the balloons and then you will have all the Easter themed decor you need.
