Never, he's one of the best performers in this time. He was the engine of the transition era with Bret Hart (between Hogan's era and Attitude era) and after being 6 or 7 years out of the ring, he came back (at SummerSlam 2002) and in such a good mood.
And, first of all, the references shold be made with the ring name. Second, his real name is Michael Shawn Hickenbottom.

When he has had enough. Most retired wrestlers will tell you the one thing they want most is to be IN the ring. The energy of the crowd, the music, the lights. The reactions they can get from the crowd. Its something that is VERY hard to give up.

go watch some old HBK videos. maybe the first hell in a cell, or royal rumble 1995 or 1996, or wrestlemania XX or 21, cause micheals is one of the best in the business, and don't you ever forget it.
