That question is not easy to answer since it depends on
definitions established by more than one authority. The
Native American councils probably have a web site that
will give you an anwer. The Federal Gvt - Bureau of Indian
Affairs will give you their answer. They may not be identical.
Choose the one that you need if you are searching this information for a school project report. Or, find a nearby, to your immediate area, Native America Council and get the
anwer by doing a direct interview with the Director of the
Tribe you contact.

A heck of a lot. I can name a few.
Choctaw, Cherokee, Creek, Sioux, Chickasaw, Tonkawa, Ponca, Crow, Apache, Osage, Pawnee...there are tons.
Edit: and by the way I named them off the top of my head on purpose, cause I hate cut and pasted answers from wikipedia. That's cheating.
