I personaly listen to Def Leppard and stuff like that ....i find the faster the music the better the mood i am in and if i work out I tend to have a lot of energy to keep going.....

well..it depends what you are wanting to do dosnt it..ither you need something inspirational like bon jovi -its my life , livin on a prayer or alot of dance music which sikes you up! or say if you want to get your **** to the gym play some eminem always gets you going! things like that!
