Is Datpiff.com legal?

I don't know if it is legal. Can someone please tell me.

I've just been on the homepage and there doesnt seem to be much wrong with it imo.
Some artists do put up free tracks on their own web pages, so maybe this site just lists them?
check the FAQ for the site or about page if it has one.

Well, just a guess but I would bet the lawyers are lining up! I doubt it is legal at all since they actually are redistributing copyrighted materials.
