I don't think its the fact the he is special. I think the reason people keep talking about him is because they don't want to see him as champion, but they are not the decision makers in WWE to make that happen. This and other forums like this becomes their way to voice their frustrations.
A lot of the pro comments on Cena is that he is cute or hot. Male wrestling fans don't care about a wrestler being hot. They only care if he can put on a good show.
The pro Cena fans also connect the fact that Cena is being pushed to be a star as being a sign that he is actually a great wrestler.
I am not a Cena "hater". I objectively and honestly believe that without his hip hop image that he doesn't have the in-ring ability or self made charisma to be a maineventer. I think he would be a good IC guy that with more time to learn his craft could one day be a great wrestler.
For the "haters" of Cena I think they are tired of having him shoved down their throats. I think Cena got booed at a WM 21 or 22 because the fans didn't respect his actual talent. The feeling without guys like The Rock or Stone Cold to be the fan favorite that WWE could hang its hat on they tried to connect to the 18-35 males that are now into hip hop, which is what Cena's gimmick is.
The Cena vs Orton thing. More people connected with hip hop than "high class" people so people sided with Cena.

Everyone talks about him because he has a lot of fans,and he's the WWE Champion.I will tell you why i like him:
1.He is very courageble.
2.He won against Umaga,Big Show, etc
3.I like hes style
4.I think he's a pretty good rapper..
5.He's only 30, and who knows, maby in the future he will be as good as Undertaker.
6.He makes a great show.

Many girls think he's hot and which they will never get a crack at him, Little kids or foreigners who started watching the WWE likes him, Cena is one of the most lamest champions, Some girls thinks he's ugly, People or foreigners who watched wrestling for a long time hates him because he's a waste of time, and comparing him to the best all time, he's one of the worst.

I think hes hot. But I dont talk about him. I met him at FYE one time. That was cool. Other than that there really isnt anything special about him. Id bang him, but I would bang alot of people. LOL

i dont know.i dislike him very much.if there is group on one match,i want too see all diva(from the began of wwe,such like moolah,stacy,jaqueline,etc) to get on the ring and slap him.From queen sharmel until trish stratus&chyna!!!LoL

he's a very contraversial champion. I'd love to hear people shut up about him though, cause it's getting old.
