He can take the photo...there is currently no law against it.

However, if he uses it by showing it, for example, then you have something to go on. It would be just like saying something bad about someone. You could go after him to stop.

Legally, depending upon where you live, you would have to check the laws regarding this. Call legal aid for advice if you live in the US.

Of course, you will probably not be friends if you do something like this...so why don't you try to talk to the friend first. If the friend doesn't listen to you, then take action. Who needs a friend like that anyway?

Nope. There ARE laws that limit what he can do with a picture once it has been taken, but nothing that limits his right to take it.

ther is probably nothing you can do about it. The next time you see him say can I see your cellphone for sec, or say you forgot you cellphone and need to call someone, find the pics, delete them. Don't think there is anything else you can do..

i dont think there is unless you're famous. you could report him to the police though and certify him as a stalker, but you would'nt do that to your friend, would you? just talk to him and tell him how you feel about this.

If you show it in public, so can he. However he cannot sell the images without your consent.

Good reason for you to wear clothes that fit.
