Here today the sit is prison for shooting an illeagal who happens to be a drug smuggler to say the least and for them doing their job they are rewarded with a stay in the crow bar hotel, with not a single of chance of pardon as it seems like this is in the back of the pantry. They should have been given a pay raise, medals and the like. This is how the border should be run and maintained just like they did, no other way.

Answer: Not treated fairly.
Recovering 700 plus pounds of narcotics they chased the illegal invading drug pushing criminal who turned...the wound went into the side according to the surgeon...
In their shoes you have one-tenth of a second to decide who lives through the exchange.
They would have been better off had they killed that drug pushing illegal invading criminal, and saved America from his continued crimes that he committed in this country after that incident.

That whole fiasco is a travesty of justice that was enabled by the liberal thinking that even scum like illegals have constitutional rights.IF YOU ARE AN ILLEGAL YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!!!! Ask the ACLU,they stick up for the rights of such upstanding citizens like pedophiles.Always so worried about the constitution yet they forget the thankless job these people are doing to keep the scum at bay.And how about the 2nd Amendment??? Never stick up for that do they???

I must've missed something... WHEN did the government of the USA authorize Border Patrol Agents to act as executioners? I thought they were paid to apprehend those that crossed over illegally...

Can you please give me a link to that new law here in The USA authorizing Patrol Agents to act as judge, jury and executioners, please?

I guess some people believe that it's OK for some government agents to go around shooting people for crossing a border or for having been druggies... sheesh, good thing those were not Dubya's twin tarts or Dubya himself "coking" up! And it's OK to lie and hide the truth... what a brave new world... what a wonderful Utopia... what a great day this is when we can find ourselves under Big Brother's thumb and be compelled to like unfairness and injustice... Holy Shades of Orwell!

(By the way, IF illegals had no rights, then it would be OK for anyone to pick up a weapon and start killing them, taking their possessions and raping their women and children or enslaving them to work for free... right? It would be OK for all of us to do as our enemies do in Afghanistan and Iraq? Can someone answer this without spewing slogans, insults or propaganda, please?)

This is an outrage.
These agents are in fact political prisoners.
At a time when eight Attorney Generals are being canned, why isn't this AG on the chopping block?
The man is making a concerted effort to hinder illegal immigration enforcment and frighten our agents away from doing their duty.
A dark day for America.

In order for them to even be considered for a pardon(which I support) is that they must drop their appeals and admit guilt .
However, I believe that AFTER their appeals have been heard or denied, then they can be considered for a pardon and I think that way they don't necessarily have to admit guilt .
Apparently they've decided to appeal in order to clear their names and criminal records . That's their choice and I support their decision on that too !!

IMO, they will either win their appeals, or eventually be pardoned by President Bush .

If Scooter Libby might nicely be pardoned after perjury could be undesirable immigrants can be pardoned for crossing border with out papers. every physique talks regarding the taxes they are actually not paying or including costs to the well-being care and coaching. no one looks to ask how plenty wealth they're including to the gadget by using hard artwork and by using spending money in usa!! by using the way in case you legalize them, they'll pay taxes too, like various different immigrants. In a usa that desires a million extra workers each year from out of the country , blaming them to take individuals' jobs is merely lame. final analysis is, this usa and fiscal gadget might desire to import distant places workers like various wealthy economies do. people who're opposing finished immigration reforms are enjoying those video games under lame excuses just to conceal their racist schedule. Republicans do not want hispanic to come lower back to this usa, era. right this moment they're opposing undocumented mexicans, tommarrow they'll ask criminal hispanics to leave in the event that they gained't talk english language. in accordance to invoice O'Reilly, Mexicans are actually not undemanding " White caucaisan male Society" stability.

They shot him in the back as he was running away, then threw their shell casings in a ditch to cover up the shooting and failed to report the shooting, then lied about it. Yes, their conviction and sentencing was fair.
