I use compeed plasters cut into a small patch which I wear overnight on the offending spot, coupled with a small dab of Clinique over-night anti-blemish gel. Visibly reduced in the morning

Have a deep cleanse and put spot cream just on the spot, then when your doing makeup, cover with spot zapping concealer of the same shade as your skin.

nightmare situation!
dont touch it, you'll only make it worse and could risk infection. and if you keep washing it and stuff itl get worse.
tee tree lotion or something of the sort that will dry and shrink it?even talc powder can dry it up a bit!
concealer, foundation and powder make up to keep your conceslr in place.
oh yeah, ice cubes work wonders too by the wa!wrap one up in a few layers of tissue(you dont need to give yourself brainfreeze or anything) and how it on - ten is a good time to use talc powder as well, to absorb the moisture tha comes off the melted ice - here you go, that is my best solution!

i had a massive spot the other day, it was really big and sore so i took a couple of ibuprofen to see if that would reduce the pain and swelling and i think it did! i would suggest to try that (its worth a go) but not if you are drinking as ure not meant to mix alcohol with ibuprofen i dont think!

Maybe, if it's that bad, you could try one of those compeed patches for coldsores. Don't know if it would work wonders but it might cover it up to a certain extent. Good luck, I know how THAT feels! x

Don't touch it, don't pick it!! Just a bit of concealer but not too much because then it'll be really obvious!
