I'm 43 years old and I don't know anyone that is happily married. Seriously I really don't, just ask around, if you find one, ask their spouse, if they both say yes they're usually lying.

DO NOT confuse television shows with reality. They create artificial situations in order to get laughs, and to be sure that the actors under contract have work to do in each episode.

Everybody Loves Raymond is a tv show. It is NOT real life, and you should NOT be basing judgments on it or any other tv show (ESPECIALLY ones that bill themselves as "Reality" shows.

If you find someone you love, who loves you, you work together to make a life. There will be problems and arguments and every day will not be perfect. Big deal - every day is not perfect now. But the good days together more than make up for the bad ones.

That is not interesting television. But it is a wonderful life, if you are willing to work for it.

And the nagging wife doesn't need the bimbo husband who can't do anything. The show ELRaymond is intended for comedy or entertainment purposes and was based on things that really happened in Phil Rosenthal's family (Phil is the creator and one of the producers).

All spouses can nag. If you marry the right woman you shouldn't have too much of it. You have to really work well and have good trust between the 2 of you and everything will work out.

Everybody, be it singletons of married people, think the grass is always greener on the other side. Take your life and make the most of it.

I think shows like this prove that it's ok to get married, just don't have any kids.

its up to you. Some are destined to fall in love and some are not. Its not something that can be forced it seems to me. It either happens or it doesn't.
