Most of the google earth shots are from airplanes even though people think they're from space. There are no sites. You could link into weather satellites, but you'd have to build a special receiver. I guess the answer is nowhere.

Google earth is not live, but it does have very good pictures. For the closest thing to live, how about www.rap.ucar.edu/weather go to the satellite link.
