In fact LIFE have no monetary value .But the medical profession demands lot of money to save a life - and it is a pity .You can't save any life just by giving money .
But your question has a hidden meaning .
I will give a whole hearted prayer to the " NATURE " to save all human beings till the time of their natural death - which is the unavoidable law of nature .

I would give my own life to save somebody's life. Even if it was a murdering, cheating theif, everybody deserves a second chance don't they? (Although many societies today don't agree with that, it's just my opinion. sorry for the mis-spellings by the way).

depends on who's life I'm saving. I would have given anything to save my brothers life.

We have soldiers who make this sacrifice everyday so you can live your life as you please. Not even to save your life, but save your WAY of life. Some of them give everything they have and everything they ever will. You can't ask for more.

My sister almost died from kidney failure about 5 yrs ago and I would have given my own life for her then and now.
My children I would give my life for , others I guess that would be whatever I could.

Depends on the person and how close they are to you.
I'd only save one person's life, if it means I have to die.
