Yes you can. Try to train it by buying a hamster wheel and making run on it. also take it out of the cage and make it do tricks by teaching it like a dog. If it does what you want give it a treat. Teach it by showing the hamster how to do it by doing it yourself. then point to it and tell it to do it. It might do it and it might not. Be paitient. It might not get what you want it to do at first.

i dont know about roll over but stay both of my hamsters can do. i also taught tehm to bite if i say bite, if i say run when there on the ground they run through obstacles i make but i had tehm since tehy were born and i used food to train them
